Kvernufoss Elopement

An intimate pagan ceremony amidst Iceland's natural wonders, from Kvernufoss waterfall to Reynisfjara Beach

Caitlin and Clifford's Icelandic wedding was a blend of emotion, tradition, and breathtaking landscapes. Their day began at the Frost and Fire Hotel in Hveragerði, where they prepared for the ceremony. The couple shared an emotional first look near a hot spring, surrounded by steam and lupine flowers. They then held a pagan ceremony with their family in front of Kvernufoss waterfall, featuring Viking toasts with an old horn. Before returning to the hotel for a family dinner, we captured their wedding photos at iconic locations, including Skógafoss waterfall, Reynisfjara black sand beach, a lupine field, and the Dyrhólaey cliffs. This film encapsulates their love story amidst Iceland's stunning scenery.
